Our darling, sweet Tulip. You’re back with your brother Spud now, playing in sunlit meadows of buttercups and daisies, just as you used to do. We said goodbye just one month to the day from your 16th Birthday, and we were sure you’d live to see it, but you had had enough and as much as we wanted you to stay, we had to set you free. Sweetheart, you were the gentlest, kindest, sweetest girl I’ve ever known, and so clever, being able to “find” anything, and getting your Good Citizen’s Gold Award before you were two, and mummy and daddy will forever hold you in our hearts until we’re all together again.
