I have over 20 years of veterinary experience with cats, dogs, ‘small furries’ and exotics. I hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Small Animal Surgery (Distinction) and regularly undertake advanced surgeries, including TTAs and BOAS surgeries. In my spare time, I like to spend in the mountains or in/on the sea – hiking, kayaking or swimming.

I completed my veterinary degree in Turkey. Together with my wife, who is also a veterinary surgeon, I ran my own small animal veterinary practice before relocating to the UK in 2023. I am enrolled on the BSAVA Postgraduate Certificate for Small Animal Surgery. I am a fan of the cooler weather in the UK, and my family and I enjoy exploring Anglesey, and all that it can offer.

I graduated from Istanbul University in 2022 and moved to the UK in 2024 to develop my veterinary expertise even further. I particularly enjoy emergency medicine and imaging. I am half way through the BSAVA Postgraduate Certificate on Small Animal Diagnostic Imaging (i.e. ultrasonography and X-radiography). On my days off, you will find me outdoors, exploring Anglesey and Snowdonia. And wherever I travel, my guitar and camera come with me!

Veterinary Surgeon

I qualified as a veterinary surgeon in 2022 in South Africa. Initially, I worked as a  veterinarian epidemiologist for the Department of Land Reform and Rural Development in Pretoria before joining a busy veterinary practice, also in Pretoria. Wanting to see the world, I moved to the UK in 2025 and am enjoying the more moderate climate here. I have two beautiful cats who have settled into their new home, and I am enjoying exploring Anglesey and its surroundings.

Practice Manager

I am the Practice Manager at the practice. However, I joined the practice many years ago as a veterinary nurse and developed a keen interest in radiography, which I continue to keep up. I enjoy spending time with my cats and tending to my tarantulas during my downtime.

Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN)

I simply adore working with animals and became a qualified veterinary nurse in 2024. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I particularly enjoy assisting in surgery. Outside the practice you can find me playing rugby, or walking my two dogs on one of the many beautiful beaches on Anglesey.

I gained a degree in Zoology from Liverpool John Moores University in 2021. I worked as a patient care assistant at a veterinary practice in Liverpool before returning home to Anglesey. I have a fondness for staffies, with my own at home who keeps me busy in my spare time. In 2024 I embarked upon the veterinary nursing degree and hope to be a fully qualified nurse by 2027 at the latest.

Nursing Assistant

I grew up on a farm and have been around animals all my life. For several years I worked as a Chef in the hospitality industry, but always wanted to return to working with animals. In 2024 I embarked on a assistant veterinary nurse training course which I absolutely loved. Now, I am hoping to begin my studies to become a fully qualified veterinary nurse and can’t believe how lucky I am to have made the switch into the veterinary profession.

I have always been wanting to work with animals. After having first completed an Animal Management course at College, I am now training to become a veterinary nursing assistant. There is lots to learn, but I am enjoying my course and gaining more experience every day!
