Pet Insurance & Health Plan

To help you budget and pay for the costs of treatment when your pet is ill, we strongly recommend that pet owners take out pet insurance. You will normally pay a monthly premium and, when you make a claim, will normally have to pay an excess for each condition and sometimes also a co-payment. Please ensure that you read the policy details carefully, so that you are aware of what treatments are covered and what your maximum claim amount is. If you would like general advice on pet insurance, please get in touch – we are happy to help.

Alongside pet insurance, we recommend that you take out our Pet Health Plan which will provide routine preventive care for your pet to help ensure that they stay healthy for longer. Preventive care is not normally covered by pet insurance. Monthly payments allow you to spread your costs. We are always happy to discuss different treatment options and provide estimates for tests and treatments that may be needed.
